Entry Procedure
Decide which session/s your ensemble is entering - scroll down below to read full session details.
- You'll need to provide the Sharable Video Link upon registration.
- Click on the link or button below for step-by-step guides on how to record, upload and submit your performance video:
How To Record, Upload & Submit Video - Add the quantity "1" for the required Session (If you are wanting to enter two or more Ensemble Entry sessions, please book each entry separately as indicated below)
- Add the quantity "1" for the preferred Trophy Option.
- Follow the instructions to complete the registration after clicking the highlighted NEXT box.
- Please enter the ensemble's details in the following "Ticket Holders Information" section.
- Payment option will be indicated at the end of entry.
- Upload Music Scores
Step 1. Take the photos of the music score you're performing, or make them into PDF format.
Step 2. Rename the photos/PDF with piece title and performer's full name.
Step 3. Upload the photos/PDF by clicking the "+ Upload Music Scores" button below. - If you have any questions please contact us at email [email protected].
- If your school requires a hard copy invoice in preference to online booking, please proceed to the box below to download an invoice copy, please fill out all details on the invoice including payment details.
- Complete the registration with Sharable Video Link by 19 August 2024.

Online Ensemble Session 1 - Primary String A Grade (Level 1/1.5/2)
Online Ensemble Session 2 - Primary String B Grade (Level .5/1)
Online Ensemble Session 3 - Primary String C Grade
Online Ensemble Session 4 - Secondary String A Grade
Online Ensemble Session 5 - Secondary String B Grade

Optional Delivery Fee (Trophy, Certificate & Report):
Online Ensemble Session 1 - Primary String A Grade (Level 1/1.5/2)
- Entry Fee AUD $150.00 (inc GST)
- Time limit - 15 minutes performance time.
- Awards – Platinum, Gold Silver Bronze Trophy plus certificate and adjudication report.
Online Ensemble Session 2 - Primary String B Grade (Level .5/1)
- Entry Fee AUD $150.00 (inc GST)
- Time limit - 12 minutes performance time.
- Awards – Platinum, Gold Silver Bronze Trophy plus certificate and adjudication report.
Online Ensemble Session 3 - Primary String C Grade
- Entry Fee AUD $150.00 (inc GST)
- Time limit - 7 minutes performance time.
- Awards – Platinum, Gold Silver Bronze Trophy plus certificate and adjudication report.
Online Ensemble Session 4 - Secondary String A Grade
- Entry Fee AUD $150.00 (inc GST)
- Time limit - 20 minutes performance time.
- Awards – Platinum, Gold Silver Bronze Trophy plus certificate and adjudication report.
Online Ensemble Session 5 - Secondary String B Grade
- Entry Fee AUD $150.00 (inc GST)
- Time limit - 15 minutes performance time.
- Awards – Platinum, Gold Silver Bronze Trophy plus certificate and adjudication report.
Online Ensemble Session 6 - Secondary String C Grade / Middle School
- Entry Fee AUD $150.00 (inc GST)
- Time limit - 12 minutes performance time.
- Awards – Platinum, Gold Silver Bronze Trophy plus certificate and adjudication report.
